    Function features and advantages:

    1. The machine is mainly composed of main reducer, gear, pulley, die box, guide wheel frame, starting frame and electrical control system.

    2. Water cooling circulating system is installed in the machine.

    3. Each drawing pulley is rotated by Y series motor through gear coupling, and reduces speed according to two-stage cylindrical gears with different speed ratios, so that the pulley rotates. The drawing pulley is vertical and installed on the cover box, and the gears are lubricated by oil immersion.

    4. The machine can be used to produce construction mesh wires,fence mesh wires,inlet wire max diameter 8.0 mm or diameter 6.5 mm, out let min diameter 2.0 mm; surely it can also be used to produce barbed wire, barbed wire, nail wire drawing.

    5.The machine is suitable for drawing low, medium and high carbon steel wires,also be used for drawing copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metal wires.
